(NYSE: MOGU) (“MOGU” or the “Company”), a KOL-driven online fashion and lifestyle destination in China, today announced that its board of directors has approved a strategic allocation of up to US$20 million corporate assets to digital currencies, primarily Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana, including related securities and investment products on September 9, 2025.
