MOH's Medicare segment represents 14.5% of revenue and 14.6% of operating medical margin profit. Medicare overall represents 4.7% of Molina's total covered members as of Q3. In 2025 the proposed MA rates changes for 2026 were eventually revised up by more than double the initial proposal by CMS.
