The HSR waiting period for the transaction expired, according to a statement earlier on Friday. The deal has now received all of its regulatory approvals after the company previously said it won approval in Germany and Austria. MorphoSys ( MOR ) and Novartis ( NVS ) continue to expect the closing of the takeover offer to take place in the first half of this year.
