that it has entered into a definitive agreement with International Minerals Carlsbad to sell its Mosaic Potash Carlsbad operations for $30 million. Management noted that the deal includes the divestiture of the subsidiary Mosaic Potash Carlsbad, Inc., along with all related operations, assets, liabilities, potash and water businesses, intellectual property, and brands like K-Mag and Dynamate. Moreover, the terms of the deal include an upfront cash payment of $20 million and $10 million in deferred payments across three equal annual installments starting in 2029. The company expects to close the deal in the first half of 2026. Management noted that this deal aligns with the company's strategic goal of focusing and streamlining its operations on its higher-return Saskatchewan, Canada assets.
