The board proposed a final dividend of 3.21p (total 8.57p for 2025) as a prudent, short-term measure, saying the group can operate with about GBP 25m net cash and will use available facilities for flexibility while pursuing its strategy—including AI and reallocating resources to higher-margin technology and senior roles—to restore dividend growth.
