Increases Company’s Acquisition Estimates for 2019 and Affirms Previous Earnings Guidance BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Medical Properties Trust, Inc. (NYSE: MPW) (the “Company” or “MPT”) today announced financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2018. Per diluted share net income was $0.21 and $2.76, respectively and Normalized Funds from Operations (“NFFO”) was $0.31 and $1.37, respectively. “We have begun 2019 by immediately executing the growth plans we laid out late last year,” said Edward K.
