Monolithic Power, which develops integrated power semiconductor solutions and power-delivery architectures, said it plans to expand its presence in the Netherlands, where Axign is based. The Kirkland, Wash.-based company also raised its quarterly cash dividend 25% to $1.25 a share from $1 a share, which will be paid on April 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 29. The new payout, equal to $5 a year, represents an annual yield of about 0.8% based on Wednesday's closing price of $645.41. Monolithic Power on Wednesday also issued its fourth-quarter results and outlook for the first quarter.
