This strategic collaboration is designed to scale the reach of MarpaiRx, Marpai's pharmacy benefit management (PBM) services, across a vast network of self-insured employer groups and third-party administrators. Under the terms of the three-year agreement, the team will leverage its extensive domestic and international affiliate network to promote Marpai's integrated PBM and TPA services. This collaboration directly supports Marpai's stated objective of achieving sustained profitability by providing access to a massive pipeline of potential members. Strategic Expansion of MarpaiRx The agreement establishes a "Most Favored Economics" framework, ensuring our clients remain at the forefront of competitive pricing and rebate participation in the PBM sector.
