This press release hereby serves as notice to the company's stockholders of this change.In light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and to support the health and well-being of our employees, stockholders and our community, MRC Global has taken the decision to conduct its Annual Meeting over the web in a virtual meeting format only.
