of Monroe Capital, announced today that its board of directors has declared monthly cash distributions of $0.06 per share, payable in each of April, May and June 2026. The following tables show these distributions, payable as set forth in the tables below, total $0.18 per share. Since its 2010 initial public offering, Horizon has paid a total of $360 million in distributions to its shareholders.
