RADNOR, Pa., Sept. 14, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Marinus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq:MRNS) (“Marinus” or the “Company”) today announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. We currently intend to use the net proceeds of this offering to advance the clinical development of ganaxolone, including trials for our rare genetic pediatric epilepsy program, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
