"2025 was a banner year for the Space industry on a number of fronts," wrote analyst Kristine Liwag. She stated that in 2026 the industry will be “fueled by higher launch cadences, new product intros, policy support & market maturation.” The analyst upgraded Rocket Lab and MDA while cutting Iridium. The analysts upgraded RKLB and MDA to Overweight, citing “improved risk-reward and a bright catalyst path this year.” For RKLB, Morgan Stanley highlights expectations that the company can complete its first Neutron launch in early 2026 and increase Electron's cadence. The price target was raised to $105 from $67. MDA's “valuation discount to peers has grown too large,” and 2026 provides “strong re-rating potential,” wrote the analyst. The price target moves to $46 from $32. Iridium , however, was downgraded to Equal-weight amid what the analysts call “incremental uncertainty in the early days of the company's strategic pivot,” with the price target cut to $24 from $37.
