The firm says Intel and AMD ( NASDAQ:AMD ) are obvious beneficiaries as CPUs become more critical for running AI agents, especially on the server side. Still, that strength comes with a caveat. Analysts noted that while servers are central to earnings, the broader investment story for both companies has not been fully built around that segment. Morgan Stanley prefers AMD between the two, but ultimately sees a more attractive risk reward setup in U.S. memory stocks, pointing to Micron ( NASDAQ:MU ) and Sandisk ( NASDAQ:SNDK ) as better-positioned plays on AI-driven demand.
