MSFT delivered robust results: 17% YoY revenue growth, 21% constant currency EPS growth, and margin expansion, all at an attractive 21x CY27 EPS. Azure growth concerns are overblown; supply, not demand, or limited growth. MSFT can address this supply issue with additional GPU allocation. The tech sell-off is attributed more to profit-taking and market mechanics than to AI disruption, or fundamental weakness in hyperscalers.
