The company expects Azure and other cloud services revenue to grow 39% to 40% in constant currency in the fiscal fourth quarter, above analyst estimates of 36.7%. Azure revenue grew 40% in the fiscal third quarter, matching expectations. Microsoft said it plans to spend $190 billion this calendar year, well above analyst forecasts. Chief Financial Officer Amy Hood said part of the increase reflects higher chip and component costs. The company added 5 million users for its $30-per-month M365 Copilot AI assistant during the quarter, bringing total users to 20 million.
