Microsoft (MSFT) might have more upside in its cloud business than investors are giving it credit for, at least according to Evercore's latest take on Azure. The firm believes Azure's AI revenue could reach about $25.7 billion in 2026, ahead of its earlier $21.8 billion estimate, assuming capacity buildouts and chip supply stay on track. If that plays out, total Azure growth could come in around 41% for the year, roughly 4.3 points above expectations, with non-AI Azure still growing at about 16%.
