The Street is underestimating the Azure growth story and the AI-driven shift about to happen in Redmond, Ives wrote, adding that expanding Azure and Copilot deployments could lift Microsoft's fiscal 2026 revenue by roughly $25 billion. Ives, who maintains an Outperform rating and a $625 price target on the stock, said recent checks show incrementally strong momentum from corporate clients adopting Microsoft's AI tools. He expects AI monetization to represent an increasingly large portion of Microsoft's business over the next several years. The report reinforces Microsoft's position as a leader in enterprise AI and suggests that skepticism around its AI strategy could soon fade.
