GEORGE TOWN, CAYMAN ISLANDS, March 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Metals Acquisition Corp. II (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 20,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to commence trading on March 12, 2026 on The New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) under the ticker symbol “MTAL.U.” Each unit sold in the offering consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to certain adjustments. Only whole warrants will be exercisable. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on NYSE under the symbols “MTAL” and “MTAL WS,” respectively.
