SOMERSET, N.J., June 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MTBC (NASDAQ: MTBC) (NASDAQ: MTBCP), a leading provider of proprietary, cloud-based healthcare IT and revenue cycle management solutions, announced today that FTSE Russell, which manages the widely-followed Russell 2000® Index and other indices based on market capitalization and style orientation, is expected to add MTBC to the Russell Microcap® Index, effective June 25, according to a preliminary list of additions posted June 8. Membership in the Russell Microcap® Index means automatic inclusion in the appropriate growth and value style indexes. FTSE Russell determines membership for its Russell US Indexes primarily by objective, market-capitalization rankings and style attributes. Russell US Indexes are widely used by investment managers and institutional investors as the basis for index funds and as benchmarks for active investment strategies.
