DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Matador Resources Company (NYSE: MTDR) (“Matador” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors amended the Company’s dividend policy. Pursuant to the new policy, the Company intends to pay cash dividends on its common stock of $0.375 per share per quarter, or $1.50 per share per year, beginning in the fourth quarter of 2025, which is a 20% increase from its prior policy of $0.3125 per share per quarter, or $1.25 per share per year. The Board also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.375 per share of common stock payable on December 5, 2025 to shareholders of record as of November 10, 2025.Joseph Wm.
