Net income per share (EPS) -- Diluted EPS of $0.82, a decrease of 51% year over year from $1.69. Gross margin on home closings -- 17.5% for the quarter, 400 basis points below the 21.5% to 22% range in the prior year, affected by higher incentives and lot costs partially offset by improved direct costs, lower compensation expense, and cycle times. Book value per share -- Increased 6% year over year as of March 31, 2026. Community count -- 345 active communities at quarter end, up 19% year over year and 3% sequentially. Home sales orders -- Orders were 5% lower year over year, driven by an 18% decline in average
