CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Materion Corporation (NYSE: MTRN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Edman to the Company’s Board of Directors, expanding the Board to 10 members. Mr. Edman joins as the ninth independent director, effective January 21, 2026."We are thrilled to welcome Tom to our Board," said Vinod M. Khilnani, Chairman of the Board.
