NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BlackRock Advisors, LLC (“BlackRock”) announced today an investment policy update for BlackRock Muni Intermediate Duration Fund, Inc. (the “Fund”) (NYSE: MUI, CUSIP: 09253X102). The Fund’s Board of Directors has approved the elimination of the Fund’s non-fundamental policy to invest at least 80% of its assets in municipal bonds with a duration of three to ten years at the time of investment.
