Time changed to 2:00 p.m. CDT EL DORADO, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Murphy Oil Corporation (NYSE: MUR) announced today a change in the location and time of its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2020 Annual Meeting”). In the interest of the health and safety of everyone given COVID-19 and guidance from public health authorities, the 2020 Annual Meeting on May 13, 2020 will now be held via virtual-only format. Additionally, in order to accommodate the virtual meeting, the time of the 2020 Annual Meeting has changed to 2:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time.
