its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share, consistent with the previous quarter's dividend. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2025, to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2025. This marks MVB's fourth quarterly dividend of 2025. "The third quarter of 2025 demonstrated what MVB does best—disciplined execution, strategic innovation and a relentless focus on sustainable growth," said Larry F. Mazza, CEO and President of MVB Financial. "The sale of Victor Technologies generated strong shareholder returns, strengthened our balance sheet and expanded our strategic flexibility.
