CARLSBAD, Calif., January 29, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--MaxLinear, Inc. (Nasdaq: MXL), a leading provider of radio frequency (RF), analog, digital and mixed-signal integrated circuits, today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. Fourth Quarter Financial Highlights GAAP basis: Net revenue was $136.4 million, up 8% sequentially and up 48% from the year-ago quarter. GAAP gross margin was 57.6%, compared to 56.9% in the prior quarter, and 55.6% in the year-ago quarter. GAAP operating expenses were $93.4 million in the fourth quarter, or 68% of net revenue, compared to $113.2 million in the prior quarter, or 90% of net revenue, and $92.4 million in the year-ago quarter, or 100% of net revenue. GAAP loss from operations was 11% of net revenue, compared to loss from operations of 33% of net revenue in the prior quarter, and loss from operations of 45% of net revenue in the year-ago quarter.
