(Nasdaq: MYOK) today presented positive data from the company’s PIONEER open-label extension (OLE) study of mavacamten for the treatment of symptomatic, obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) at the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) Congress 2019, in Paris, France. The PIONEER-OLE study enrolled thirteen patients from the Phase 2 PIONEER-HCM study of mavacamten, and twelve patients were evaluable at 36 weeks.
