The Nikkei futures contract in Chicago was at 26,825 while its counterpart in Osaka was at 26,610. That compared against the Nikkei 225's last close at 26,427.65. Australia's SPI futures were up 0.77%. Stock indexes in Asia and around the world were volatile last week over inflation concerns.
