When she came to the company, the company had under-invested in information technology, and her mandate was to modernize the department. She has undertaken efforts to stabilize the operation, render it more resilient, and in the process has made IT into a driver of innovation.A key example of this is OnCommand Connection, and intelligent vehicle platform that Ragland oversees asexecutive leader. Though telematics has been in place in the trucking industry for years, OnCommand Connection offers an enhanced value proposition for customers.
