NBIS's Q3 results were quite solid, but lofty Wall Street expectations and execution risks left no room for disappointment, despite strong growth in core infrastructure and ambitious expansion plans. Key uncertainties remain around enterprise AI monetization, depreciation of AI chips, and the company's ability to manage huge cash burn and infrastructure build cadence amid fierce competition. Still, I think an upgrade to "Hold" is timely, as NBIS enters oversold territory amidst the selloff. Yet, I don't encourage investors to simply buy because of this, although a period of respite should be welcome for the battered bulls.
