CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Navigant (NYSE: NCI) today reported financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2018, which finished in-line with the Company’s communicated guidance range. Fourth quarter 2018 financial summary: Revenues and revenues before reimbursements (RBR) of $193.2 and $174.6 million respectively, were up 9% and 11% compared to fourth quarter 2017 Net income from continuing operations of $3.8 million was down $18.6 million from the prior year period primarily due to the tax gain related to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (Tax Reform) recognized in 2017 Net income attributable to Navigant Consulting, Inc. of $5.9 million, or $0.14 per share, was down $37.2 million compared to the prior year period primarily due to the impact of divesting the Company’s Disputes, Forensics and Legal Technology segment and Transaction
