(NASDAQ: NCMI) (the “Company”) announced today that it will host its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders in a virtual meeting format only due to the public health impacts of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic to support the health and well-being of our employees, stockholders and community.
