SHANGHAI, Nov. 24, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- The9 Limited (Nasdaq: NCTY) (the "Company"), an established Internet company, today announced that it will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders ("AGM") at the Company's business office, 17 Floor, No. 130 Wu Song Road, Hong Kou District, Shanghai 200080, People's Republic of China on December 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m., Shanghai time, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the proposed resolutions set forth in the notice of AGM. The board of directors of the Company fully supports the proposed resolutions and recommends that shareholders and holders of the Company's American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") vote in favor of the resolutions set out in the notice of AGM.The Company will hold a class meeting of holders of the Class B ordinary shares with a par value of US$0.01 each (the "Class B Meeting") convened on the same date and at the same place as the AGM, for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit, passing the
