Summary of the Fourth Quarter ended February 1, 2026 Net Income of $7.8 million compared to net loss of $5.6 million in the prior year fourth quarter. Reported EPS of $0.22; and adjusted EPS of $0.23 adjusted for restructuring expenses of $0.3 million, net of tax. Adjusted EBITDA increased $8.9 million from the prior year to $17.5 million.
