business combination (the "Business Combination") between the Company, A Paradise Merger Sub I, Inc., a Cayman Islands exempted company and a direct wholly owned subsidiary of A Paradise, and Enhanced Ltd, a Cayman Islands exempted company with limited liability ("Enhanced"), it intends to voluntarily delist its units, Class A ordinary shares and rights from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq"), subject to the closing of the Business Combination. The Company's decision to voluntarily delist its units, Class A ordinary shares and rights from Nasdaq is due to the fact that upon the consummation of the Business Combination, the combined company, Enhanced Group Inc., is expected to begin trading its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE"), subject to the closing of the Business Combination and the fulfillment of all applicable listing requirements of the NYSE.
