(Nasdaq: NDRA) (“ENDRA” or the “Company”), a pioneer in biomarker imaging technologies for the early detection and monitoring of metabolic dysfunction associated liver disease (“MASLD”) and metabolic dysfunction associated steatohepatitis (“MASH”), today provided a business update and reported financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025.Business UpdateCompleted private placement of up to $14.4 million. On October 23, 2025, the Company closed a private investment in public equity (PIPE) financing led by institutional investors. The PIPE generated gross proceeds of approximately $4.9 million before placement agent fees and expenses, with the potential for up to an additional $9.5 million in future proceeds through warrant exercises.Launched strategic initiative to enhance balance sheet flexibility.
