NET's large enterprise focus, rising dollar-based net retention (119%), and expanding free cash flow margins highlight strategic progress while gross margin compression shouldn't be a source of great concern. NET's earnings multiple is 3x more than some of its competitors, and it isn't set to deliver a sturdy enough level of earnings growth over the next couple of years.
