Cloudflare's revenue growth accelerated, customer cohorts for $100K+, $1M+ and $5M+ ARR expanded, and Workers AI gained traction, but profit margins declined due to higher expenses. While Cloudflare is fundamentally strong and well-positioned in a large TAM, I see better risk/reward in CrowdStrike and Zscaler at current valuations. Given similar growth prospects, I prefer increasing stakes in CrowdStrike and Zscaler, which offer higher potential upsides versus Cloudflare at current prices.
