NEW YORK, Sept. 19, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nexxen International Ltd. (NASDAQ: NEXN) (“Nexxen” or the “Company”), a global, flexible advertising technology platform with deep expertise in data and advanced TV, today announced the launch of a new $20 million Ordinary Share repurchase program (the “new repurchase program”), following the end of the creditor objection period, as announced by the Company on August 15, 2025. Nexxen has completed its previous $50 million Ordinary Share repurchase program and the new repurchase program is expected to continue until the earlier of March 19, 2026, or completion. The new repurchase program does not obligate Nexxen to repurchase any particular amount of Ordinary Shares and the program may be suspended, modified, or discontinued at any time at the Company's discretion, subject to applicable law and outside of blackout periods.
