New Frontier Data Acquires Zefyr For More Than $10 Million Washington, D.C.-based New Frontier Data Zefyr Inc a news announcement New Frontier Data Founder and CEO Giadha Aguirre de Carce cited the cannabis consumer as a principal reason for the acquisition.
