The US$639 analyst price target for NFLX is comparable to our estimate of fair value. In this article we are going to estimate the intrinsic value of Netflix, Inc. ( NASDAQ:NFLX ) by taking the expected future cash flows and discounting them to their present value. Our analysis will employ the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) model. There's really not all that much to it, even though it might appear quite complex.
