SOUTHLAKE, Texas, March 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Natural Gas Services Group, Inc. (“NGS” or the “Company”) (NYSE:NGS), a leading provider of natural gas compression equipment, technology, and services to the energy industry, today announced financial results for the year and three months ended December 31, 2025. Fourth Quarter 2025 and Full Year 2025 Highlights Rental revenue of $44.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2025 represents a 16.0% year-over-year increase and a 6.8% sequential increase compared to the third quarter of 2025. Rental revenue for the full year 2025 of $164.3 million represents a 13.9% increase compared to 2024.Net income of $4.1 million, or $0.32 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to $2.9 million or $0.23 per diluted share for the fourth quarter of 2024.
