LAKEWOOD, Colo. Nov. 16, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage, Inc. (NYSE: NGVC) today announced results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2023 and provided its outlook for fiscal 2024. Highlights for Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2023 Compared to Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2022 Net sales increased 7.6% to $295.1 million Daily average comparable store sales increased 6.9%; Net income was $5.9 million , with diluted earnings per share of Adjusted EBITDA was $16.1 million ; and The Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of per common share and a quarterly cash dividend of per common share.
