NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Due to the public health impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Ingevity Corporation (NYSE: NGVT) today announced a change in location for the company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders via the filing of additional proxy materials with the SEC.As previously announced in its proxy materials, the company will hold its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders at 9:30 a.m. (Eastern Time) on April 23, 2020, but it will now be held in a virtual format only, via live webcast.
