Weight as analyst Connor Siversky sees improving portfolio metrics driving rent coverage higher. Ventas ( NYSE: VTR ), though, was downgraded to Equal Weight from Overweight as Siversky doesn't expect the company's senior housing operating portfolio improvement by itself to make up for the company's relatively high leverage and limited investment opportunities through 2024.
