(NYSE: NI) (“NiSource”, “we” and “our”) announced today that it has established an “at-the-market” equity offering program under which NiSource may sell shares of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share (“Common Stock”), having an aggregate gross sales price of up to $1.5 billion through December 31, 2028 (the “Offering”).NiSource has entered into separate equity distribution agreements with each of Barclays Capital Inc., BMO Capital Markets Corp., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BofA Securities, Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co.
