ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates, March 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NIP Group Inc. (“NIPG” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: NIPG) today announced that it has received a written notification (the “Deficiency Letter”) from the staff of the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) dated March 24, 2026, indicating that for the last 32 consecutive business days, the closing bid price of the Company’s American depositary shares (the “ADSs”) was below the minimum bid price requirement of US$1.00 per share set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). The Deficiency Letter has no current effect on the listing or trading of the Company’s ADSs on Nasdaq. Pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company is provided with a compliance period of 180 calendar days, or until September 21, 2026 (the “Compliance Period”), to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement.
