The company is moving ahead with its listing more than five years after it exited bankruptcy protection. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Ahead of its potential return to the public markets, Tailored Brands reshuffled the C-suite. The company said it appointed Mike Baughn, the former chief financial officer of Footlocker ( DKS ), as its CFO and elevated Karla Gray, a former Nike ( NKE ) exec, to the role of COO. John Tighe is the CEO of Tailored Brands. He took over the top spot on August 5, 2025, after serving as the company's president. The U.S. menswear retailer is best known for owning the Men's Wearhouse, Jos. A. Bank, Moores, and K&G Fashion Superstore businesses. The company's ownership track includes beginning as Men's Wearhouse in 1973, becoming a public company in 1992, rebranding as Tailored Brands in 2016, and returning to private ownership after its 2020 bankruptcy restructuring.
