Form 10-K Update Terra is in the final stages of completing its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The Company is taking additional time to ensure the filing is aligned with its post-combination reporting requirements. Terra expects to file its Form 10-K in the near term.
