During the quarter we sold Leon's, Mayne Pharma and EDU Holdings . The merger arb investment was clearly a mistake as within a week of buying, the stock was down 30% as it did not receive government approval. One company I'm bullish on that I wrote up in the last letter is TOC Co., Ltd. I'm currently looking at a few stocks overseas as well as a couple OTC companies to bring down our large cash position.
